Job Description
AlffCo is seeking a Client Success Manager to be the primary point of contact for new clients, ensuring successful onboarding and ongoing satisfaction throughout the customer's lifecycle.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in account management or customer success roles
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent multi-tasking capabilities
