Job Description
The Residential Camp Coordinator is a hands-on leadership role at the heart of our overnight camp programs. This position brings energy, organization, and strong mentorship to every part of camp life, from daytime programming to overnight cabin supervision. You'll support and guide residential staff, coordinate schedules and activities, and help create unforgettable, safe, and fun experiences for every camper.
Requirements
- Associate's or BA in Education, Sports Management, Outdoor Education, or other relevant field
- CPR & First-Aid (or willingness to obtain)
- Will to attend 5 day Wilderness First Responder Training
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Minimum 2 years experience working in youth programming (sports, camps, etc.)
- Minimum 1 year working in supervisory role
- Experience leading adventure trips preferred
