Lifecycle Marketing Leader position at AlgaeCal, a company that offers a clinically-backed natural solution to bone loss. The role involves creating and managing lifecycle automations & campaigns, improving personalization, and overseeing marketing automation performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in email and database marketing or related function
- Proven track record in developing, implementing and analyzing automated customer journeys
- 3+ years Experience working in marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Klaviyo, SF Marketing Cloud
- Familiarity with CRMs like Salesforce
- Direct response marketing experience
- Familiarity with reward and subscription programs
- Data driven with strong analytical skills and ability to measure effectiveness of programs
- Strong understanding of consumer marketing principles, customer segmentation and multi-channel marketing
- Extremely organized, strong attention to detail, solid presentation skills, business acumen, problem solving and project management skills
- Experience managing a small, cross functional team
- Experience in health/supplement space an asset
