The Sales Channel Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and growing GTRC's business within the Cooperative Societies (Coops) channel in Kuwait.
Requirements
- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for the Coops channel in line with GTRC's commercial objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing and new Coop accounts to expand distribution, visibility, and market share.
- Achieve assigned sales targets (volume, value, distribution, and profitability) for the Coops channel.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Coop management, buyers, and key decision-makers.
- Lead negotiations on listings, promotions, discounts, and commercial agreements within approved guidelines.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve any operational or commercial issues promptly.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Coops sales team (Sales Supervisors, Sales Representatives, Merchandisers).
