Job Description
Ali & Sons Group is seeking a proactive Public Relations Officer (PRO Assistant) to join their Admin & Public Relations department. The role involves handling government-related documentation, legal formalities, and supporting compliance and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UAE government procedures.
Requirements
- Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team to process employment visas, documentation, and government-related forms.
- Prepare and submit all required Arabic documents for visas, labor cards, licenses, and permits to relevant UAE authorities.
- Manage the processing and renewal of employee visas, labor cards, Mission Visas, and CICPA Security Passes across all subsidiaries.
- Liaise with government entities to ensure accurate and compliant employee records and company legal documents.
- Maintain updated employee data in the Quantum system and coordinate with HR Operations on medical insurance applications.
