Job Description
We are seeking a Logistics & 3PL Coordinator to oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations at our Casella plant in Italy. The successful candidate will coordinate with 3PL partners, lead a warehouse team, and ensure efficient workflows and a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management
- At least 3 years of experience in warehousing and logistics
- Solid understanding of 3PL networks and logistics operations
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; advanced proficiency in Excel
- Good knowledge of ERP and WMS systems
- Demonstrated leadership and people management abilities
