Extract and analyze customer research programs and Alida platform data, interpret trends, and make recommendations. Collaborate with stakeholders, become proficient in Alida's product suite, and improve workflows within the CX Operations team.
Requirements
- Comfortable working in an agile environment and/or with strong processes
- Advanced skills with Excel/Google Sheets, statistics, and data analysis
- Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, AI tools, and business intelligence tools
- Growth mindset and proactive approach to learning emerging technologies and skills
- Minimum of 2+ years in equivalent or similar roles
