Job Description
The Jordan-Young Institute is seeking a full-time Surgery Scheduler with experience in medical administration, multitasking, and excellent communication skills. The role involves coordinating administrative tasks, maintaining patient records, and ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a surgery scheduler, medical secretary or similar administrative position
- Knowledge of medical terminology, regulations and medical office procedures; knowledge of medical coding is strongly desired
- Knowledge of MS Office, databases, and EHR systems
- Outstanding communication skills
