Job Description
Alinia is building the compliance infrastructure for AI Agents. We're looking for a Founding Director of Sales to help define how regulated enterprises adopt AI agents—safely and at scale.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on sales experience in enterprise B2B SaaS, compliance, data, or AI platforms
- Experience and passion partnering with technical Founders to close large enterprise deals as a well-funded, early-stage startup
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, making AI governance tangible and compelling for executives
