Loading Supervisor (Kolwezi, Tenke, Sakania, and Kasumbalesa Border)

Alistair Group is seeking a Loading Supervisor to ensure smooth and planned offloading of trucks within 24 hours of arrival at the mines. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all trucks are within legal weight limits, cargo is well secured, and drivers have proper documentation and signage before dispatch.

Requirements

• High School (A level) or equivalent
• Min. 3 years of professional experience
• English, Swahili and French speaker
• Basic computing skills
• Eloquent in speech
• Worked in any of the mines before, either through direct employment or through a supplier
