Commercial Support Specialist (Alba)

AliveDx is recruiting for a Commercial Support Specialist to join the Alba Commercial team based in the US. The role is a full-time, permanent position working 40 hours per week. The Commercial Support Specialist will play a key role in supporting customers and Account Executives by managing customer inquiries, overseeing sales reporting, maintaining CRM accuracy, managing standing orders, and collaborating with Sales, Operations and Marketing teams.

Requirements

• Act as next-level support for customer inquiries escalated from UPS and internal teams
• Proactively identify and resolve order and account issues with urgency
• Provide high-touch, “white glove” service to select high-value strategic accounts
• Build strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and retention
• Manage annual standing order renewals in close collaboration with the Sales team
• Support vendor qualification requests and sample order coordination
• Maintain and manage Salesforce CRM data
• Assist with product cross-referencing for quotes and RFPs
• Support email and phone-based sales campaigns (education, small hospitals, GPO alliances, etc.)
• Assist with preparation and execution of national and regional trade shows
• Support customer management for U.S. clinical trials related to FDA requirements
• Provide support to the Head of Commercial on special projects and reporting
