Management Consultant - Risk & Compliance

AlixPartners is a leading global consulting firm looking for a Management Consultant - Risk & Compliance to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in management consulting or private equity, with a strong background in compliance-related matters and regulatory understanding.

Requirements

• Dynamic personalities with a developed entrepreneurial and implementation-oriented thinking
• Critical analysts with a strong problem-solving consciousness
• Change managers with the attitude to actively drive changes and implement them hands-on
• Practical experience in advising financial institutions and/or industry companies on compliance-related matters
• In-depth regulatory understanding combined with the ability to assess the impact on companies and develop sustainable solutions
• Proven success in leading (sub-project) projects with multiple work streams
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to work in interdisciplinary and international teams
• Very good academic record; Master, Diploma, Doctorate or equivalent degree from a leading university
• German and English negotiable, other foreign languages an asset
• Outstanding travel readiness - hybrid travel model
• Current passport holders, citizenship and/or work permit for Germany
