Coordonnateur Amélioration continue

As a Continuing Improvement Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind progress, analyzing, optimizing, and mobilizing teams to ensure that every improvement translates into real and lasting gains. You will work in collaboration with the Operations Director to identify, analyze, and prioritize opportunities for process improvement related to manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• Identify, analyze, and prioritize opportunities for process improvement related to manufacturing operations
• Support the Lean Daily Management System
• Support performance tracking (dashboards, key indicators, monthly reports)
• Coordinate and animate improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, etc.)
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement concrete and sustainable solutions
• Work closely with the finance department to validate generated savings
• Follow and document project results, including productivity gains, realized savings, and quality impacts
• Train and accompany employees in the use of continuous improvement tools
• Participate in change management and team mobilization
