Production Operator

We're looking for a Production Operator to join our team at Alkegen. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for conducting job duties in a professional and responsible manner, consistently demonstrating safe behavior, quality workmanship, and teamwork to support the overall success of the organization.

Requirements

• Conduct all job duties in a professional, respectful, and responsible manner in alignment with company policies and procedures.
• Consistently demonstrate safe behavior, quality workmanship, and teamwork to support overall success of the organization.
• Actively participate in and support safety initiatives and improvement efforts within the facility.
• Build strong working relationships with crew members and internal departments to support high-quality production.
• Drive and implement positive changes within the work environment.
• Demonstrate effective troubleshooting skills throughout the manufacturing process.
• Safely and competently operate mobile equipment, including forklifts, electric pallet jacks, scissor lifts, floor sweepers, and power washers.
• Perform confined space entry procedures, both as an entrant and an attendant, when required.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and cleanliness in all work areas.
• Work overtime as needed, including 12-hour shifts.
• Adhere to all company and location-specific policies and safety regulations.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
