Production Supervisor

Alkegen is a global leader in high-performance specialty fibers and inorganic materials. The Production Supervisor is responsible for the safety and productivity of Equipment's and all production employees staffed on production department, as well as plant security.

Requirements

• Ensure the safety and productivity of all employees assigned to designated shift
• Ensure security of facilities during designated shift hours
• Enforce all Health & Safety programs and processing procedures
• Troubleshoot plant equipment and process problems
• Maintain a clean and safe work place in accordance with 5S protocol
• Train new employees and coach existing employees
• Investigate and report all incidents (spills, accidents, poor performance, MNCR, BAT)
• Suggest and implement cost-saving ideas
