Doors, Frames, & Hardware Estimator

All 5's Construction is seeking an Estimator to join our Specialties team focusing on Doors, Frames, & Hardware (DFH) in Las Vegas, NV.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of relevant experience working in the construction industry
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with DFH scope of work
• High school diploma required
• Degree in Construction Management or a related field, or a combination of relative construction experience and education
• OSHA 10 or 30 Certification is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to team members, clients, and vendors
• Exceptional skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Fluency in reading, quantifying and analyzing construction drawings for DFH scopes
• Exposure or experience with Software For Hardware or other related specialty programs
