General Superintendent

We are seeking General Superintendents to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. The successful candidate will efficiently manage field operations, possess excellent communication skills, and lead others through clear and accurate communication of project schedules.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience in the role of Superintendent on large commercial projects
• Experience working on concrete or self-perform projects for a subcontractor or general contractor, or experience working in concrete field labor
• Basic computer literacy
• Positive attitude and eagerness to embrace new technology and tools in the industry
• Ability to lead and the desire to teach and mentor Project Engineers and Field employees
