Job Description
All 5's Construction is seeking Project Managers to join our Specialties team in Las Vegas, NV. A successful candidate will supervise and develop direct reports, contribute to estimating, and manage project costs and timelines.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of relevant experience working in the construction industry
- High school diploma required
- Degree in Construction Management or a related field, or a combination of relative construction experience and education
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with specialty scopes
- OSHA 10 or 30 Certification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer literacy with Microsoft Office
- Exposure or experience with Primavera P6 or other construction accounting and scheduling programs
- Positive attitude and eagerness to embrace new technology and tools in the industry
- Ability to lead and desire to teach and mentor Project Engineers and Field employees
