Project Manager

All 5's Construction is seeking a Project Manager to join their Specialties team in Los Angeles & Orange County, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating project teams, developing project schedules, and ensuring the success of projects.

Requirements

• Supervises and develops direct reports on team
• Collaborates with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Conducts initial plan review and participates in project kickoff meeting
• Reviews Prime Contract and ensures all requirements and obligations are understood
• Develops project chart of accounts and creates Master Project Schedule
• Creates and executes Purchase Orders and Purchase Order log
• Conducts ongoing plan reviews of all document revisions and maintains a thorough understanding of project documents
• Prepares safety plan and implements safety procedures throughout project duration
• Manages all costs, budgets, billings, and financials on the project
• Attends, leads, and participates in all project meetings as required
• Manages relationships with project participants and clients
• Manages closeout of all subcontractor contracts
