Job Description
All About ABA, LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join their team and provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The RBT will work alongside a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and implement ABA therapy plans, collect data, and collaborate to improve outcomes. This role requires a passion for helping individuals with autism succeed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
