Job Description
All About ABA, LLC is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join their team, contributing to the improvement of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. RBTs will work in close collaboration with BCBAs, implementing therapy plans and strategies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities (preferred)
- Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
