Registered Behavior Technician

All About ABA, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team, working alongside a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement ABA therapy plans and strategies for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities preferred
• Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
