Lead Teachers

All Around Children is seeking experienced Lead Teachers to create a caring and educational atmosphere for children 1 - 5 years of age. Responsibilities include fostering relationships with families, working with a team of professionals, and facilitating growth and development of young learners.

Requirements

• Design and implement an age-appropriate curriculum
• Observe and assess children's development and progress
• Ensure a safe and healthy learning environment
• Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff
• Engage in regular and effective communication with families
• Maintain accurate and timely records of children's progress
• Actively participate in professional development opportunities and staff meetings
• Training, supervising, and mentoring teachers
• Lead parent conferences
