Job Description
AEI Consultants is seeking a full-time Environmental Project Manager to perform environmental due diligence projects within the HUD Environmental Services division. The role involves reviewing environmental records, investigations, performing Phase I ESAs, and collaborating with local, state, and federal agencies. This position requires a professional with experience in environmental due diligence, regulatory analysis, and knowledge of environmental law.
Requirements
- Experience performing environmental due diligence projects, such as Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) preferred
- Extensive knowledge and experience in assessing various property types
- Experience evaluating all types of environmental regulatory cases
- Willingness to travel
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering or geology-related science preferred
- Current Radon license/certification preferred
- Current OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER training certification, asbestos inspector, and/or lead-based paint certification preferred
