Job Description
We are hiring Members of the Technical Staff on our agent team to work on research and development activities for OpenHands, an LLM-powered agent for software development.
Requirements
- Incorporating the best research work on agents and code generation into the OpenHands framework
- Performing novel improvements in areas of interest to improve agent performance and efficiency
- Running and implementing evaluations to ensure agent quality
- Implementing infrastructure related to evaluating or serving code generation agents
- Collaborating with the open-source community on research initiatives
