Job Description
Allara is a comprehensive women’s health provider seeking a Data Lead to drive data strategy for their rapidly growing organization. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in building data systems from scratch, combining analytics and engineering, and working with modern data stacks. They will be responsible for building the data infrastructure, creating unified visibility across the patient journey, and owning analytics that drive clinical and business outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years combining analytics and engineering
- Experience with modern data stacks (dbt, Airflow, Fivetran, Snowflake, BigQuery, or equivalents)
- Fluency in statistics and experimentation
- Experience in healthcare or similarly regulated industries
- Ability to communicate insights to non-technical audiences
- Ownership mentality and experience in building data systems from scratch
