FT Telemedicine Nurse Practitioner | Flexible Schedule

Allara is a comprehensive women’s health provider seeking board-certified Nurse Practitioners to provide comprehensive, empathetic, and collaborative care to women-including diagnosis, treatment, and management of chronic and acute conditions.

Requirements

• Active national board certification as a (WHNP, FNP, or similar)
• Minimum of 2 years of consecutive experience as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in women's health and treating chronic conditions
• Ability to operate effectively as an independent provider with strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with a focus on clarity and compassion
• Strong ability to connect with patients virtually and provide empathetic care
• Dedication to delivering treatments grounded in the latest research
• Highly skilled in navigating multiple computer screens and proficient in tools such as EMR, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling platforms
• State licensure in at least 2 of the following states: California, Texas, Michigan, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania
• Autonomous license in: Illinois, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, Maryland

Benefits

• Annual base salary range: $120,000 – $130,000
• Incentive compensation program that can increase salary up to $172,500 - $182,500
