Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC)

AllCare.ai and AllRx.ai are seeking a Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to lead operations for their Alhambra pharmacy. The PIC will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and clinical integrity while leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced, tech-enabled pharmacy environment.

Requirements

• Valid California Pharmacist license in good standing
• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution
• 7+ years as a licensed pharmacist, including at least 1 year in a management or supervisory role
• Deep understanding of California pharmacy law, LTC operations, and compliance requirements
• Proven ability to manage, motivate, and mentor cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities with a solutions-driven mindset
