Electronic Sustaining Engineer

Allegion is seeking an Electronic Sustaining Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will review field tickets, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. They will also contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and collaborate with Engineering Development to propose design changes.

Requirements

• Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines
• Experience in technical support for electronic products, ticket management, and root-cause analysis of failures
• Foundational knowledge of firmware development and product development processes
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming languages
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer focus
