Human Resources Manager

Human Resources Manager position at Allegion, responsible for leading a team of HR professionals, developing talent within the organization, and contributing to the Locks & Access Solutions SBU strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Human Resources as a strategic HR business partner or HR Manager in a manufacturing, distribution or similar environment
• 2+ years of people leadership experience preferred.
