Regional Sales Manager - South Central

Regional Sales Manager - South Central for Allegion, responsible for providing strategic guidance and mentoring to direct and indirect reports, designing and implementing plans to improve sales capabilities and performance, and leading transformational go-to-market projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of sales and/or leadership experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple initiatives concurrently
• Creative problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft programs-EXCEL, Word, Office Suite, Powerpoint, SalesForce (SFDC), SmartSheet, D365 experience is a plus
