RMA Specialist improves the experience for Allegion customers by providing support for business-related requests in a professional and courteous manner. Process requests for returns, replacements, account credit adjustments, and document related resolution in multiple business systems and the corporate CRM system.
Requirements
- Manage transactional service by delivering on customer expectations through timely processing of required duties
- Process freight claims and perform administrative duties associated with shipping call tags for return material
- Process returns authorizations, replacement orders, quick ship, pro-express, and credit/debit requests
- Act as a customer advocate to other internal departments of Allegion
- Gather and document return and replacement request information from Allegion commercial customers
- Work with internal departments and factory liaisons to ensure timely and accurate processing of return/repair authorizations and replacement orders
- Meet all service level agreements/expectations as set by Allegion
- Follow all Allegion policies and processes as required
