Requirements

• Provides support to corporate recruiters throughout the recruiting process
• Maintains applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity and compliance
• Conducts applicant tracking system audit and makes corrections as necessary
• Coordinates candidate pre-employment checks and vendor communications
• Handles new hire processes, including offer letter generation and delivery
• Coordinates internal and external job postings
• Responds to recruiting-related inquiries and directs/escalates as necessary
• Maintains record-keeping of recruiting-related documents
