Customer Service Representative

Join Alleguard, a leader in the Protective Packaging Industry, as a Customer Service Representative. We're looking for a hands-on individual to participate in entering customer orders, provide product information, and resolve emerging problems. Must be highly attentive to detail and have natural problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems and practices
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment
• Ability to learn quickly and manage large numbers of customers, products, pricing and inventory levels
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Organized with good attention to detail
• Strong common-sense skills
• Strong energy
