CNC Machinist

Allen Control Systems is seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist to support prototyping, manufacturing, and assembly in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and other multi-axis machines
• Program CNC machines using G-code, CAM software, or manual programming
• Read and interpret technical drawings, including geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
• Perform routine maintenance, tool changes, and troubleshooting on machines
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools and document quality results
• Collaborate with engineers, programmers, and quality teams to refine processes and improve cycle times
