Job Description
Ai2 is seeking a mission-driven Financial Analyst to support the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) needs of their organization. The role involves assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring financial operations support strategic decision-making, especially related to grant funding. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of nonprofit grant compliance and financial reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 3-5 years of related experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with financial software (Sage Intacct, Workday Adaptive Planning) and data visualization tools
- Solid understanding of fund accounting, grant budgeting, and compliance (government regulations)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
