- Ability to process multi-discipline intelligence
- Experience providing advice and briefing government leadership
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree
- 15 years of relevant geospatial intelligence experience
- Experience with digital cartography, image processing, computer technology, GIS, geospatial production techniques, remote sensing, and photogrammetry
- Experience using RemoteView, ArcGIS, Socet GXP
- Experience working with large structured data sets
- Experience reading and understanding intelligence issues, military affairs, and using GIS to develop Geospatial Intelligence reports and products
- Experience utilizing compartmented GEOINT within the past 3 years
- Experience with statistical/mathematical analysis applied to GEOINT within the past 3 years
- Experience working cross-IC projects within the past 3 years
- Experience conducting data mining using IC databases, open-source reporting and other intelligence sources within the past 3 years
- Experience working with intelligence organizations and systems
- Active TOP SECRET clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI)
- Subject to Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph
