Part-Time Freight Broker

Join our fast-paced team as a Transportation Freight Broker and assist in managing incoming and outgoing shipping logistics for cargo transportation carriers and shipping companies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing daily check calls, handling customer-related issues, and originating documentation for freight bills.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Freight Brokerage
• College degree highly desired or equivalent experience
• Competitive, self-motivated, enthusiastic team player with excellent customer service skills
• Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to multitask
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to quickly process information and make decisions, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
