Associate / Senior Associate, Corporate - Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets

As an Associate/Senior Associate in our MAC team, you will be involved in public and private M&A, private equity, equity capital markets, and corporate advisory and governance work. You will deliver highly successful outcomes in M&A for leading companies and financial sponsors in Australia and around the world.

Requirements

• Experience in a leading Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets practice
• Excellent academics
