The Electrician - Journeyman position involves performing a wide range of electrical tasks, from installation and maintenance to repair. Requirements
- Selecting, installing, and preserving the functionality of wires, plugs, panelboards, switchgear, switchboards, and other similar electrical components.
- Install and repair wiring, electrical fixtures, power equipment, and components of machinery and equipment following electrical code, specifications, schematics, and blueprints.
- Measure, cut bend, thread, assemble, and install electrical conduit using rulers, measuring devices, hand tools, pipe threader, and conduit bender.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair activities on electrical systems, identifying faults and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of local and national electrical codes and regulations.
