Press Production Supervisor

Alliance Laundry Systems is seeking a results-driven Production Supervisor to lead and support their high-performance production team in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes a safety-first culture, continuous improvement, and servant leadership, fostering an engaged workforce and high production output. The supervisor will oversee daily activities within the stamping press department, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

Requirements

• Proven history of ability to lead with a servant leadership mindset.
• Minimum of one to three years of experience in a high volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Previous manufacturing supervision experience, preferably in high volume stamping press operations.
• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Manufacturing Engineering or Operations is preferred.
