Job Description
As a Technical Writer Intern/Co‐Op, you will capture expert knowledge on our press and die operations and translate it into clear, visual standard work instructions that improve safety, quality, and changeover efficiency on the production floor.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a BS in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, or related engineering field.
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills; ability to make complex steps clear and concise.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; comfortable with basic image capture/markup.
- Excellent interviewing, listening, and note‐taking skills; confident communicating with shop‐floor SMEs.
- Detail‐oriented, organized, and driven to deliver results on time.
- Comfortable working on a manufacturing floor and following PPE/safety protocols.
