Lead Regulatory Relations & Policy Consultant

Alliant Energy is seeking a Lead Regulatory Relations & Policy Consultant to drive high-impact filings, pricing, and policy initiatives that shape how they serve customers and strengthen communities. This role requires a strong understanding of energy industry pricing strategies and the ability to develop short and long-term regulatory policy and strategic plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, business administration, public policy, engineering, or related field
• 7 years professional experience in regulatory affairs, energy industry, or related field
• Knowledge of energy industry pricing strategies, theories, and applications
• Demonstrated ability to develop short and long term regulatory policy and strategic plans
• Ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams
