Job Description
Allica Bank is seeking a strategic Commercial Lead to lead their Invoice Finance product. The role focuses on owning the P&L, defining go-to-market strategies, scaling a team, and building strong client relationships. This position requires a hands-on leader who can successfully navigate complex financial products and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in Invoice Finance Lending
- Experience in a Head Of/Director/Lead SME commercial sales role
- A strong network in the broker and introducer market
- Proven track record of owning and delivering against revenue targets in a go-to-market role
- Understands risk frameworks and the credit risk associated with invoice finance
- A strong people manager, mentor and coach with experience in hiring great talent
- Highly organised, with solid process-building and project management skills
- Enthusiasm about working in a fast-paced, team-oriented, mission-led environment
- Able to be in the London 1-2 days per week (majority of time expected to ‘on the road’ broker and customer facing)
