Job Description
Allied Universal is hiring a Director of Operations to manage onsite Account Managers, promote strong employee engagement, and deliver world-class services to clients across various vertical markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, business or a related field
- Three years of management experience in a high-volume workforce environment or service industry
- Current driver's license
- Minimum of two years of experience driving operational goals and metrics
- Minimum of two years of experience in successfully building and developing teams
- Leadership skills that foster teamwork, innovation, agility, client relations and achieving desired results
- Proficiency in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office and Business Intelligence tools
- Basic understanding of financial principles, including budgeting and financial reporting
