Job Description
Allies4Outcomes is seeking experienced social work supervisors to lead the Intensive Support Social Work Team in North Carolina. The role involves overseeing frontline child welfare practice, providing leadership, and ensuring alignment with federal and state mandates. Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a North Carolina CPS Social Work Supervisor (or Social Worker with significant leadership responsibility)
- Forensic training preferred
- Must not have been employed by Mecklenburg County DSS within the past 3 years
- Extensive knowledge of NC child welfare policy, practice standards, CQI processes, and effective family engagement
- Strong technology skills, with the ability to work independently while upholding company values
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams through personal and organizational change, coach, mentor, and support staff in adapting to evolving county needs
