Job Description
As Maintenance Manager, you will lead the maintenance team to ensure the reliability, safety, and efficiency of plant equipment and site facilities. This role focuses on driving continuous improvement through preventive and predictive maintenance programs, optimizing resources, and fostering collaboration across departments.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in team development and change management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including root cause analysis.
- Excellent planning, organizing, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and ability to build cross-functional relationships.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Process Engineering.
