Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience as a Process Engineer or in a similar engineering role
- Strong experience in production process support and process improvement
- Hands-on exposure to DCS / PLC systems, batch automation, and process control principles
- Proven ability to analyze process data and apply structured problem-solving techniques
- Solid understanding of process safety management practices (e.g. HAZOP, MOC, PHA)
- Experience supporting or executing engineering projects in an operating plant environment
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Good communication and influencing skills
- Solid cross-functional collaboration and trust-building
- Demonstrates a proactive, safety-first mindset and process safety awareness
