Technology Development Chemist - Coating Additives

We are looking for an experienced chemist and project leader to join the allnex additives team. In this role, you will lead new product development projects, drive innovation from concept to scale-up, and support internal and external stakeholders with your technical expertise.

Requirements

• PhD in Chemistry (preferably polymer chemistry or material science)
• 2–5 years of R&D experience in a relevant industry or research environment with strong background in coating resins and additive technologies
• Strong project management skills
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and translate structure–property–process relationships into product development strategies
• Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling smooth collaboration in a global matrix environment
• Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
