Job Description
The Learning & Development Assistant will support the L&D team in organizing and coordinating training activities, ensuring smooth execution and effective communication. The role involves working with various stakeholders, managing administrative tasks, and contributing to a dynamic work environment.
Requirements
- Administrative or secretarial education (at least MBO level)
- At least 4 years of experience in an administrative function
- Experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams)
- Proficiency in Dutch and English (writing and speaking)
